ComoAssociate Manager, Marketing Brand Management Air Care en SC Johnson tendrás a cargo el armado y seguimiento del plan de marketing del negocio a cargo, siendo responsable de ejecutar las actividades de Comercialización en categorías designadas. Serás responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de categoría relacionados con Participación de mercados, lanzamiento de nuevos productos para el clúster Norte el cual cuenta con 12 países.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Desarrollar, implementar y gestionar la estrategia de marca asignada al puesto.

  • Análisis de las oportunidades de los segmentos a cargo para identificar planes tácticos por país.

  • Seguimiento y ejecución de lanzamiento de Nuevos Productos. Administrar el equipo de trabajo NPD (New Product Development) local para asegurar el despliegue apropiado del lanzamiento de nuevos productos.

  • Tomar responsabilidad de los P&L (Profit & Loss) de la categoría asignada a nivel de país o grupo.

  • Ejecutar excelencia en la comercialización colaborando con Ventas y Customer marketing.

  • Trabajar con agencia de publicidad para implementar la estrategia de comunicación de acuerdo con lo aprobado por la plataforma.

  • Responsabilidad del presupuesto de medios para los planes de los planes FOCO / Lanzamientos

  • Mantener contacto con la agencia de medios para la planificación y el seguimiento de la ejecución del plan de comunicación de las marcas a cargo.

REQUERIMIENTOS
  • 5 años mínimos de experiencia en la posición afín liderando desarrollo de Productos/ Marketing.

  • Formación en carreras como Marketing, Comercialización, Administración de empresas, Ingeniaría o demás afines relacionadas.

  • Sólido manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office y Excel).

  • Conocimiento del manejo y análisis de Nielsen.

  • Organizado, proactivo, manejo de equipo multifuncionales, analítico.

  • Nivel avanzado de idioma inglés.
