Business Development

Desde ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, ALCEA México, estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional dinámico y versátil que dirija sus esfuerzos en implementar la estrategia para el desarrollo de negocios con las soluciones de la tecnología ALWIN, ABLOY BEAT, PROTEC2 CLIQ y todo el portafolio de soluciones digitales de ALCEA.

Que tenga la capacidad de:

  • Estudiar el sector del mercado objetivo asignado para realizar un plan de ventas dirigido a las áreas de seguridad, operación, mantenimiento y afines.
  • Actitud para hacer presentaciones y visitas comerciales a las áreas de operación, seguridad, mantenimiento y afines para identificar sus necesidades, proponer demostraciones y pruebas de concepto que den a conocer los beneficios que Abloy genera en la protección de la infraestructura crítica y en las operaciones de los clientes objetivos.
  • Diseñar las propuestas de valor para cada cliente de acuerdo con sus necesidades.
  • Satisfacer las necesidades del cliente, mediante el asesoramiento en soluciones efectivas, por medio de los productos que distribuye y comercializa Abloy a nivel nacional, entendiendo y transmitiendo como método comercial las directrices previamente acordadas con la Gerencia de Ventas.
  • Generar informes prospectivos de los proyectos en desarrollo, diseñar tácticas que garanticen el mayor número de cierre de negocios y obtener un pronóstico estimado de ventas mensuales, trimestrales, semestrales y anuales.
  • Manejo de la herramienta Salesforce, permitiendo así, hacer el seguimiento respectivo por la Gerencia de Ventas.
  • Hacer seguimiento a los tiempos de entrega acordado con sus clientes, relacionado con garantías, mantenimientos e instalaciones.
  • Hacer seguimiento a los indicadores de gestión y productividad del proceso a su cargo, a través del CRM, para garantizar los estándares de la organización, así como establecer acciones preventivas y correctivas cuando sean necesarias.

Experiencia:

  • En ventas B2B y P2P, ventas consultivas del sector de seguridad
  • Conocimientos del mercado de la Infraestructura Critica de México

Competencias:

  • Trabajo en equipo y orientación al servicio del cliente
  • Adaptabilidad, comunicación abierta, conocimiento del negocio, actitud hacia las normas.
  • Autoliderazgo, orientación al logro, persuasión, recursividad, tolerancia.
  • Conocimiento del idioma inglés (deseable).

From ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, ALCEA Mexico, we are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional who directs his efforts in complementing the strategy for business development with the solutions of ALWIN, ABLOY BEAT technology, PROTEC2 CLIQ and the entire portfolio of ALCEA digital solutions.

Have the ability to:

  • Study the sector of the target market assigned to plan aimed at the areas of security, safety, operation, maintenance and related.
  • Attitude to make presentations and commercial visits to the areas of operation, security, safety, maintenance and related to identify their needs, propose demonstrations and proofs of concept that make known the benefits that Abloy generates in the protection of the critical infrastructure and in the operations of the target clients.
  • Design value propositions for each client according to their needs.
  • Satisfy the needs of the client, through advice on effective solutions, through the products that Abloy distributes and markets nationwide, understanding and transmitting as a commercial method the guidelines previously agreed with the Sales Management.
  • Generate prospective reports of projects in development, design tactics that guarantee the highest number of business closures and obtain an estimated forecast of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales.
  • Management of the Salesforce tool, thus allowing the respective follow-up by the Sales Management.
  • Follow up on the delivery times agreed with your customers, related to guarantees, maintenance, and installations.
  • Monitor the management and productivity indicators of the process in charge, through the CRM, to guarantee the standards of the organization, as well as establish preventive and corrective actions when necessary.

Experience:

  • In B2B and P2P sales, security sector consultative sales
  • Knowledge of Mexico's Critical Infrastructure Market

Competences:

  • Teamwork and customer service orientation
  • Adaptability, open communication, business knowledge, attitude towards standards.
  • Self-leadership, achievement orientation, persuasion, resourcefulness, tolerance.
  • Knowledge of the English language (desirable).
