ServiceNow is on the lookout for a Senior Inspire Value Consultant to join the Inspire Value team, a vital part of the Global Sales Strategic Accounts team that is dedicated to revolutionizing the customer experience in enterprise software to deliver exceptional returns for our clients. We have in-depth knowledge of various industries, our customers' strategies, and objectives, and we are deeply engaged in showing how ServiceNow can drive their digital transformation goals through industry-specific solutions and innovative partnerships.

The Inspire Value team offers innovative customer engagement experiences through our Now Value methodology, leading strategic, consultative discussions to establish agreement and alignment on how the core features of the ServiceNow platform can support the business transformation goals of CXOs. Drawing on years of practical experience, executive presence, and a solid understanding of business and technology trends, the Senior Inspire Value Consultant builds and nurtures trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at ServiceNow. Additionally, this role plays a crucial role in our most strategic accounts, acting as the link between the account team and the broader go-to-market teams to enhance customer experiences throughout their journey with us, focusing on their priorities and business objectives.

  • Customer Advisory
    • Lead discovery workshops with prospective and current customer leaders and teams to grasp their objectives and challenges.
    • Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer objectives.
    • Create high-quality deliverables that articulate strategic alignment, outline multi-year roadmaps, and detail the entire business case to justify actions.
    • Assist customers in estimating the value of potentially implementing ServiceNow solutions, and then collaborate with them after implementation to validate the value realized using ServiceNow tools and methodologies.
  • Sales and Customer Success Advisory
    • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop account strategies for accounts in the region.
    • Offer expertise to evaluate and prioritize accounts and strategies.
    • Provide guidance on full lifecycle business outcomes and value realization.
  • Thought Leadership
    • Identify and lead the development of new intellectual property (best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.).
    • Enhance existing methods and frameworks.
    • Collaborate with and support the ServiceNow teams in adopting a business consulting approach to sales.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience as a Management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or as a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor.
  • Experience working in executive or leadership roles on digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with processes and industry trends (e.g., FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills, including public speaking, facilitating meetings, and whiteboarding.
  • Established connections with customers in various regions.
  • Executive presence coupled with a down-to-earth demeanor.
  • Analytical and financial acumen.
  • Thrives in a collaborative setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
