Currently, ServiceNow is in search of an Inspire Value Consultant to join the Inspire Value team, a critical part of the Global Sales Strategic Accounts team. This team is on a mission to transform the customer experience in enterprise software to deliver exponential value to our clients. We possess in-depth knowledge of various industries, understand our customers' strategies and desired outcomes, and engage extensively in how ServiceNow can facilitate their digital transformation goals through industry-specific solutions and innovative collaborations.

The Inspire Value team excels at delivering creative customer experiences through our Now Value methodology. By designing and leading strategic consultative interactions, the team aims to establish alignment on how the core functionalities of the ServiceNow platform can support the business transformation objectives of CXOs. Leveraging years of practical experience, executive presence, and a solid understanding of business and technology trends, the Inspire Value Consultant nurtures trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues within ServiceNow. Moreover, this role is pivotal in our most strategic accounts, serving as a crucial link between the account team and the broader go-to-market teams to enhance the customer journey with a primary focus on their priorities and business outcomes.

  • Customer Advisory
    • Conduct discovery workshops with potential and existing customer leadership teams to grasp their objectives
    • Create and present insights and recommended solutions to align with customer goals
    • Develop high-quality deliverables that outline strategic agreements, present long-term roadmaps, and document comprehensive business cases to support decision-making
    • Assist customers in estimating the value of implementing ServiceNow solutions and collaborate with them post-implementation to validate the realized value utilizing ServiceNow tools and methodologies
  • Sales and Customer Success Advisory
    • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to formulate account strategies for regional accounts
    • Offer expertise to evaluate and prioritize accounts and strategies
    • Provide guidance on full lifecycle business outcomes and value realization
  • Thought Leadership
    • Identify opportunities to develop new intellectual property (e.g., best practices, white papers, workshops)
    • Enhance existing methods and frameworks
    • Collaborate with and empower ServiceNow teams on adopting a business consulting approach to sales
Qualifications

Successful candidates for this role should possess:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, such as:
    • Experience in management consultancy involving cloud technologies or as a customer-facing strategy manager at a technology firm
    • Prior executive/leadership roles in digital transformation projects or enterprise software implementations are advantageous
  • Proficiency in navigating processes and experience within a major industry (e.g., FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills, including public speaking, leading meetings, and whiteboarding
  • Analytical and financial acumen
  • Enjoyment of collaborative work environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
