Responsibilities
Proporcionar liderazgo y gestion a los equipos de ingenieria de software responsables de desarrollar y probar aplicaciones de software comerciales para plataformas Linux y Windows.Participa activamente en la contratacion, capacitacion y tutoria de uno o mas equipos de ingenieria de software que constan de 5 o mas miembros cada uno.Servir como Scrum Master para uno o mas equipos de scrum y coordinar ceremonias y actividades relacionadas con scrum.Trabajar en estrecha colaboracion con otros equipos scrum en EE. UU. e India para coordinar las actividades del proyecto.Elimine impedimentos y plantee problemas a la alta direccion segun sea necesario para que los proyectos sigan avanzando.Proporcionar periodicamente actualizaciones del estado de todos los proyectos activos a la alta direccion.Realizar analisis de riesgos y mitigacion de riesgos para todos los proyectos activos.Participar en revisiones criticas de diseno y arquitectura.Ayude a hacer crecer el equipo de desarrollo a traves de capacitacion, establecimiento de objetivos, evaluacion del desempeno y desarrollo profesional.Participar activamente en la entrevista, contratacion e incorporacion de nuevos talentos de ingenieria al equipo.
Qualifications
Mas de 5 anos de experiencia gestionando equipos de desarrollo de software.Mas de 7 anos de experiencia en desarrollo de software con liderazgo tecnico creciente.Experiencia previa como Scrum Master trabajando en un entorno de desarrollo Agile.Comprension solida del proceso Scrum con capacidad para capacitar a los miembros del equipo sobre las mejores practicas de scrum.Experiencia con herramientas de gestion de Dev Ops y Source Control.Fuerte comprension del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones Cliente/Servidor para plataformas Windows y/o Linux.Fuertes habilidades de comunicacion, colaboracion, presentacion y liderazgo tecnico.La experiencia en la industria del petroleo y el gas es una gran ventaja.La experiencia con marcos de automatizacion de pruebas de software y canalizaciones de CI/CD es una ventaja.Preferido - Automation TestingExperiencia con C#Agile Methodology Aplicaciones Windows Desarrollo de paginas web Herramientas: Jira, confluence, Devops Alta experiencia en desarrollo y liderazgo de personas y equipos.
