Talent Chief of Staff

We seek an experienced Talent Chief of Staff to oversee the day-to-day planning, coordination, and implementation of talent strategies, initiatives, and projects.
As chief of staff, you will support the CHRO and Talent Management Director in shaping the overall people and talent strategy, managing and following up on priorities, preparing materials for executive meetings, and developing talent analytics. You will also oversee and support overall talent operations and projects.
What you will do:
- Talent Management: Coordinate and support engagement, talent management, and leadership development initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Assist HR leaders in developing and implementing HR strategic plans aligned with the overall organizational goals.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the HR vision and contribute to the overall HR strategy.
- Executive Meetings Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for executive meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between the Talent Director and various HR teams, ensuring information flow and coordination on key initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR performance and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between HR and other areas by serving as a liaison, helping to integrate HR strategies with broader organizational goals.
What you need:
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in core talent processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management, development, engagement, and compensation).
- A good storyteller and exceptional conceptualist who turns complex concepts into simple narratives.
- Experience in preparing periodic reports and executive presentations for board of directors and investor meetings.
- Exceptional project management skills. (Project management certifications are an advantage)
- Proficient at influencing others without having any direct reporting line over them.
- Previous experience in people analytics and reporting.
- Advanced English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken.
