ACTIVITIES:

  • Results oriented leader who supervise a team of automation engineers, technicians, or other specialists while mentor them or coaching the team always following our company values.
  • Develop, implement, and manage automation projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Analyze and identify areas for automation improvement, recommending and implementing new technologies and processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, operations, and other departments to identify automation opportunities and ensure successful integration.
  • Monitor and analyse automation performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations related to automated systems.
  • Stay current on the latest automation trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering, supervision, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Strong understanding of automation principles, including robotics, control systems, and programming.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in automation software and tools (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA systems).
  • Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
  • English, conversational level.
