We are looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to Join Our team at Toluca.

Position Summary: The main responsibility of the maintenance supervisor is the efficient and effective administration (scheduling, compliance, follow-up) of the maintenance of production equipment and/or containers and infrastructure of the facility. In addition to having an immediate response to situations that may impact the customer due to malfunction in the equipment used in production. Another of the objectives is to effectively and efficiently manage the budget allocated to the maintenance area. The scope is within the plant called ZF Chassis Modules Toluca 1 and plant 2.

Whay you can look forward as Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Develop strategies to maintain and improve preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Implement engineering changes in production lines by customer and plant requirements.
  • Implement continuous improvement and savings projects.
  • Planning and control of critical equipment and tools. Participate in estimating and arranging new business.
  • Planning and installation of new equipment.
  • Process engineering and ergonomics functions.
  • Performance and time evaluations.
  • Troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  • Assist in the maintenance of plant certifications (IATF, ISO, etc.).
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance personnel.
  • Vendor and contractor management.
  • Updating engineering documentation.
  • Ensure execution of TPM, 5s audits, LPA's audits, BBS Observations.

Your profile as Maintenance Supervisor:

  • cappable of reading manuals in english
  • Engineering
  • 2 years of experience with people in charge (technicians)
  • Advanced programming in PLC siemens - 2 years of experience.
  • Fanuc Robot Handling - 1 year of experience.
  • Mechanical and electrical elements - 2 years of experience.
  • ISO/IATF:16949 Quality Systems - 2 years of experience.
  • TPM - 1 year of experience.
  • Torque of controlled tooling - 1 year of experience.
  • Standardized work.
  • Cycle time recording.
  • Infrastructure maintenance - 2 years of experience.
  • SAP Intermediate management.
