Estamos en busca de un Field Sales Support para el departamento de Ventas de Sea Logistics en nuestra oficina de León Guanajuato. Your Role Dar Soporte administrativo a los ejecutivos de ventas, clientes internos y externos en cuanto a procedimientos de seguros. Your Responsibilities

1. Realizar prospección activa de clientes e identificación de oportunidades de negocio
2. Gestionar el sistema CRM para la creación de organizaciones
3. Gestionar precios, generación de cotizaciones y propuesta de valor (incluyendo soluciones digitales)
4. Dar retroalimentación a la unidad de negocio
5. Coordinar los procesos de RFI / RFQ
6. Apoyar en la transición a operaciones
7. Apoyar en el desarrollo de negocio adicional (Cross y Up Selling)
8. Asegurar el conocimiento de cada uno de los servicios y productos que se manejan en Kuehne + Nagel con el fin de proporcionar de manera correcta la información solicitada por los clientes
9. Realizar pre-calificación de prospectos
10. Realizar monitoreo constante de vigencia de cotizaciónes
11. Analizar y generar informacion del mercado de la region con Parques Industriales, Clusters , Camaras de Comercio e Industria, Gobiernos, etc, que ayude a los vendedores a la generacion de nuevo negocio ( Market Intelligence)
12. Desarrollar nuevo negocio de las cuentas de la casa ( House Accounts)
13. Apoyar de forma directa en la planeacion y desarrollo de las encuestas de satisfaccion de clientes NPS

Your Skills and Experiences

Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Administración o carrera a fin

Experiencia en un puesto similar mínima de 2 años

Preferente conocimientos en la industria de Seguros

Inglés Intermedio
