About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Professional to join our team at Essity. As a Sales Representative for Healthcare Products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products portfolio in assigned geographic areas. Your primary goal will be to develop profitable business with new and existing customers, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve designated sales target levels.
- Monitor and adapt sales activities on a regular basis to meet objectives.
- Visit existing customers and prospects, assessing their needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.
- Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers to generate future sales and repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with local teams and influence others.
- Portfolio management and hospital visit experience.
