Nuestro site de Toluca, está buscando un nuevo Supervisor de Servicio a clientes para unirse a nuestro equipo de Contract Logistics Tu función Brindar un servicio de calidad con nuestro cliente, validando cada uno de los requerimientos, verificando nuestro inventario y asegurando la confiabilidad con el cliente.

Tus responsabilidades

Responsabilidades:
Dar el estatus de materiales
Análisis de información e inventarios-Planeación
Recibo de Materiales
Seguimiento y reuniones con cliente
Contacto con cliente
Seguimiento y planeación de los embarques con el cliente
Tus habilidades y experencias

English advanced

Experiencia al menos 4 años:

Customer Service (giro supply chain, automotriz, electrónico, ó afín)
Manejo de clientes y proveedores
Planeador de materiales

Skills

 Customer-oriented person. Efficient collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. Communication and negotiation skills with internal and external customers. Ability to take responsibility for efficient problem-solving. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Knowledge in customer service trends and logistic services.
