DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO:
· Soporte a las operaciones de auditoria utilizando Excel para la preparación de información del cliente para auditorias
· Genera bases de datos del software de los clientes para proporcionarlas a todos los Analistas del área
RESPONSABILIDADES:
· Brinda apoyo administrativo a los equipos de Auditoria a través de diversas tareas administrativas de los proyectos.
· Realiza la entrada de datos para apoyar a los analistas
· Organiza los datos del proyecto de auditoria
· Organiza y presenta reclamaciones a proveedores
· Ayuda a las operaciones de auditoria mediante la organización de la información del proyecto
· Realiza un seguimiento continuo de las tareas de auditoria
· Generación de reportes según necesidad del proyecto/proyectos asignados
· Desarrolla actividades con el sistema de gestión de reclamaciones para realizar un seguimiento continuo y mantener el cumplimiento del proveedor
· Comprensión básica de la auditoria de recuperación
· Solución de problemas
· Tenacidad para superar los desafíos de la rutina diaria y orientado a buscar apoyo según sea necesario dentro del equipo
· Dispuesto a aprender y participar en las actividades de análisis del proyecto.
PERFIL:
· Estudiante Universitario Carreras Económicas y Administrativas (Financiera, Administración de Empresas, Informática)
· Facilidad para el análisis de datos y uso intermedio/avanzado de Excel
· Buenas relaciones interpersonales y habilidades de negociación
· Deseable Nivel de inglés B1/B2
