About the Role

The People Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic people initiatives across Orbia's business groups. This role collaborates closely with the People Team and other stakeholders to drive improvements, create innovative solutions, and measure the impact of people programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and implementation of people initiatives, including projects and events.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Support the Global People Team by developing communication materials and actively assisting the team.
  4. Update the People Hub content in line with Orbia's branding guidelines.
Complexity of the Job

The occupant must possess a comprehensive understanding of the business and be capable of interacting effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Internal and External Relationships

The People Analyst will work closely with various internal teams, including the Legal Team, Sustainability Team, Finance Team, Comms Team, and Compensation and Talent Team. External relationships will be maintained with vendors and partners.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
