Major Tasks
1. Sampling and evaluating all raw materials, bulk materials and packaging materials that enter the warehouses of the Lerma plant.
2. Inspect, sample and verify products from third parties and / or finished products purchased and manufactured finished products. As well as distribute the samples to the different areas of quality control for the realization of physicochemical and microbiological analyzes.
3. Carry out the physicochemical and microbiological samples corresponding to the validation of production processes, cleaning of areas and equipment and critical systems (water and compressed air) as well as routine environmental monitoring of the pharmaceutical plant.
4. Capture the results of the tests carried out in the SAP system and elaborate the inspection lots for samples of origin 89 (returns, compressed air).
5. Conduct periodic audits of the equipment used in the monitoring and validation area to guarantee the results generated are reliable.
6. Review the specifications of packaging material, finished product and finished product as well as the control and protection of current and obsolete gears. Verify texts in arts against authorized labels.
7. Analyze the packaging materials as well as elaborate and review the corresponding analytical procedures.

Career: Chemistry and / or Pharmaceutical
Special knowledge: Computational packaging (Word, Excel, etc) Knowledge of basic packages. ERP SAP Use and management of SAP for data capture and information review. Pharmaceutical documentation, process validation, cleaning validation, validation of critical services.
Work experience: Yes 2 years, in the chemical and / or pharmaceutical industry.
