Accounting Senior Specialist

En JTI, buscamos una persona extraordinariamente capacitada y de alto alcance para unirse a nuestro equipo como Accounting Senior Specialist. Esta es una oportunidad fantástica para ser parte de una organización extraordinaria con sede en la Ciudad de México, CDMX, México. Aquí usted será responsable de liderar la gestión del cierre de fin de mes para la contabilidad MEXGAAP e IFRS y de coordinar y controlar las actividades (Japón SOX) para garantizar que los resultados financieros sean razonables y se informen de manera oportuna y precisa.

Responsabilidades

Liderar el Proceso de Cierre Mensual MEXGAAP & NIIF:

  • Responsable de ejecutar los procesos de cierre de mes para MEXGAAP y IFRS.
  • Preparar y presentar los Balances de Prueba (BCS) de fin de mes NIIF con alta calidad y en tiempo con el objetivo de tener cero ajustes en HQ. Preparar y administrar todos los ajustes GAAP a GAAP.
  • Gestionar el calendario / lista de verificación de cierre de fin de mes para garantizar que todas las actividades e insumos se proporcionen con calidad y a tiempo.
  • Responsable de calcular, preparar y enviar transacciones entre compañías (cargos x, contabilizaciones, facturas, etc.) y garantizar que todos los saldos entre compañías, incluidas las ganancias en el inventario, estén completamente conciliados con las compañías del grupo.
  • Desarrollar informes mensuales que proporcionen un análisis detallado para garantizar que todos los saldos estén controlados y no proporcionen exposición a pérdidas y ganancias (comparación con el período anterior y con el pronóstico). El análisis debe ser oportuno y en un formato que respalde la toma de decisiones de gestión. Utilice el análisis de variaciones frente al plan para impulsar mejoras en el proceso de planificación.
  • Garantizar el control de las transacciones de Inventario en todos los procesos, como recepción de Inventario, transferencias de Stock, cancelaciones, devoluciones de Clientes, etc.

Administrar el procesamiento transaccional diario y mejora de la eficiencia:

  • Responsable de la función contable en el día a día y del equipo de contabilidad para garantizar que todas las actividades transaccionales se ejecuten de manera precisa, oportuna y en línea con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, incluido JSOX. Asegurando de que se mantengan registros para respaldar todos los asientos fiscales y contables y que se archiven y aseguren adecuadamente de conformidad con la legislación legal, la legislación tributaria local y las pautas de JTI.
  • Optimizar y desarrollar procesos de control interno contable-tributario.
  • Optimizar reportes, interfaces y automatizar actividades operativas en ERP Local (MS Dynamics).
  • Trabajar de forma proactiva con un proveedor de ERP externo para buscar mejoras en el sistema.
  • Trabajar con la empresa para eliminar el desperdicio de procesamiento transaccional, p. PO incorrectos, GR tardíos, información faltante, etc.
  • Preparar y envíar trimestralmente paquete de informes a HQ. Asegúrese de que todas las páginas se envíen con precisión y de acuerdo con los plazos del HQ.
  • Soporte en paquetes de impuestos reportando cada Trimestre y cálculo de impuesto diferido.
  • Realizar un análisis detallado del balance general para garantizar que todas las cuentas estén completamente conciliadas y que se realice un análisis detallado versus el plan y se informe claramente a la sede.
  • Apoyar la elaboración de los planes anuales (LE's / A&SPs).
  • Apoyar proyectos y tareas asignadas por el Gerente de Control o CFO. Cuando corresponda, liderar proyectos para impulsar la eficiencia o mejorar la calidad y trabajar de manera efectiva con pares en México y en todo el Grupo JTI.
  • ​​​Responsable de la gestión diaria del Equipo de Cuentas para asegurar actividades como Cuentas por Pagar, procesamiento de órdenes de compra, emisión de facturas, notas de crédito, verificación y publicación de recibos de efectivo y resolución proactiva de montos en disputa.

Requerimientos

  • Educación Superior en Contabilidad o Finanzas.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia sólidos y comprobables en contabilidad legal y tributaria local mexicana, ya sea en una de las cinco grandes empresas de auditoría o como responsable en una industria de bienes de consumo con un mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia laboral. Fuerte conocimiento en arrendamientos, costos de inventario, impuestos diferidos, transacciones entre compañías y familiarizado con la sede central que reporta a un socio extranjero.
  • Inglés avanzado, excelente conocimiento de Excel.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia o trabajo con un sistema de contabilidad (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics es una gran ventaja).
