Position Summary

Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting? We are seeking top talent to become part of Royal Caribbean's HR Transformation team. In this role, you will primarily support our Human Resources functions and Centers of Excellence as a key member of a project delivery team. The role entails being a SuccessFactors Product Analyst focused on specific functions within SAP SuccessFactors HCM and integrated vendor platforms, such as:
  • - Talent Management + Learning
  • - Compensation + Benefits
  • - Talent Acquisition + Onboarding
  • - Core HR + Security

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Execute
  • Take an active role in SuccessFactors Release Management and the planning, communication, and validation of new software upgrades and releases.
  • Collaborate
  • Work with COE leads to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, generating ideas to enhance product performance and achieve success metrics.
  • Improve and Grow
  • Continuously gather feedback on our solutions and refine our approach to deliver robust quality solutions and delight our customers.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience with HCM Applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Openness to receiving and applying feedback.

Please note: This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Mexico City. Candidates must be able to work in Mexico from Monday to Thursday, with the option for remote work on Fridays.
