As a Senior Manager, Internal Communications you will oversee the strategy and implementation of communication for internal employees and customers (dealers) for Mexico and Central America by leading and developing a diverse and talent team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the internal communication plan for dealers, internal collaborators (administrative and operational) and Comex store personnel in Mexico and Central America (corporate campaigns, live broadcasts, development of new digital media, print and digital magazines, audiovisual materials, speeches and texts, positioning of institutional programs, among others).
  • Lead a team of analysts, and coordinators by providing mentorship, development programs to support their internal growth
  • Establish closeness between company leaders and teams at all levels and areas, establishing listening spaces for all
  • To be an experienced and creative area so that the messages connect with the audiences, with all generations, gender ensuring that communication will always be aligned with the values of the company, to ensure that employees live it.
  • Ensure that all business information (promotions, prices, product launches, training) arrives promptly to the entire dealer network and their teams.
  • Create messages (speeches, statements, letters) on behalf of the brand or the management team with positions aligned with our goals and the culture of the company, always taking care of the reputation of the brand and the person who signs it.
  • Ensure that all employees and concessionaires are clear about their goals and their results, with means and periodicities.
  • Responsible for the local reports to global communications (excellent and accurate writing).
  • Analyzes customer and market research, current market conditions and competitor information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Marketing, Communications, administrative sciences or related
  • 8+ years of experience in digital communications for internal audiences and leading challenges mentioned above
  • English at advance level and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of creative tools, among others related to the role
  • Skills: Leadership, task prioritizing, communication, innovation, strategical mentality, customer centricity
