AXA Partners Mexico is looking for a Supplier Networks Director based in Mexico City.

Accountable for networks strategy implementation, aligned with target service levels and target networks revenue and technical margin, ensuring excellent standards of employee and customer outcomes and a cost-effective operation while ensuring AXA Partners Mexico networks are compliant with the regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • The networks department is responsible for providers networks management, network strategy definition and network structuring (providers tiering, definition of elite/preferred).
  • Negotiations, fee definition and setup, providers invoicing, cost control follow up and improvement action plan.
  • Providers service delivery, responsible for managing the Network budget.
  • Dynamically review the network to ensure it fits to partners ́ needs in terms of density/access, service, and price.
  • Implement cost containment strategies to optimize and improve AXA Partners profitability.
  • Work with the middle-office & fraud detection, finance & technical excellence teams to reduce fraud, waste, abuse & leakage. Adapt network accordingly.
  • Run audits, on-site visits and Closed File Reviews with Middle-Office.
  • To sponsor key business initiatives, including change programmes, and actively support other teams to enable AXA Partners to meet its strategic goals such as financial performance and quality measures, cost containment targets.
  • Secure a good service quality with our network providers, implement relevant KPIs.
  • Work hands in hands with the sales team to create new services finding new providers to support the sales & innovation strategy.
  • Direct Reports: 2 Deputy Heads Motor, 1 Deputy Head Health (team of approx. 40 FTEs).

Su Perfil

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 8 years demonstrable experience of leading medium to large teams in Operations or Providers networks areas, insurance procurement area in an insurance company, etc.
  • Strong market and sector knowledge, previous experience in home, motor, health sectors an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership qualities through experience of leading teams with significant responsibilities in financial and reputation.
  • Thought leader on the procurement and management of third-party suppliers for front line service delivery in appropriate business lines.
  • Expert in negotiation.
  • Experience of being accountable for large financial measures e.g., budget, internal and external expenditure.
  • Clear understanding of local regulation.
  • Degree level or equivalent qualification expected.
