**Description**:**Hubtek** is a company that believes in young talent and seeks to support the personal and professional development of its employees through learning experiences and growth opportunities.We support companies through our **Talent, Technology, and Training** services.We have been impacting the world **since ****** and we want to keep pushing ourselves to become the brightest minds in our field and better serve our customers.As a **Sales Executive Representative,** your primary responsibility is leading business development efforts to strengthen and expand our presence in the US and LATAM markets.Some of your responsibilities but not limited to are:- Proactively identify and entice new potential customers, utilizing your sales expertise to generate interest and convert leads into loyal clients.- Develop and implement strategies to maximize each customer relationship's value, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service and support, leveraging team resources to meet and exceed sales targets.- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed established objectives.- Make effective presentations of logistics services to potential customers.- Negotiate contracts and rates with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure delivery of high quality services.- Maintain constant communication with customers to identify new opportunities and resolve issues.- Track logistics and transportation market trends to identify new areas of growth.**Requirements**:**What would help you succeed**:- Believe and love what you do.- Adaptable and creative.- Personable, energetic, and professional.- Proactive, doesn't need micromanagement.- Determined and not afraid to speak up.- Strategic and critical thinking.**Minimum requirements**:- 2-3 years of experience in sales, transportation and logistics-related.- Proficiency with CRM related to logistics is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.**Perks**:- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.- **Place**: Remote Monterrey.- **Compensation**:$****** + commissions**Would you like to be part of a company that belongs to the 100 tech companies recognized by Freight Waves in the supply chain industry in the United States?
