**Import / Export & Customs Professional****About the job**RHI Magnesita is looking for an Import / Export & Customs Professional in Ramos Arizpe, MXThis hybrid -remote position will be responsible for managing efficient and economical movement of goods: materials, products, or equipment across international borders in accordance with organizational policies and in compliance with relevant local, country, and international customs laws and processesThe Import / Export & Customs Professional report to the Head of Transportation & Customs NAM.This position will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time**The Import / Export & Customs Professional's tasks include**:- Inventory tracking for 3rd Party Warehouses- Inventory reconciliations and audits at 3rd Party Warehouses- Assist with yearly physical inventor- Complete investigations into transit backlog- Receiving of inventory into SAP and monitoring of the OCR system- Complete costing analysis of 3rd Party Warehouses- Track recycling, reclaim, and scrap in 3rd Party Warehouses and consolidate material- Consolidate and complete disposals of scrap materials- Defining HS code- Working with Auditors- Understanding of Mexico customs process- Availability to work on weekend- Understanding process related to PROSEC & REGAL OCTAVA**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business or related- 2 - 5 years of experience in responsibly managing efficient and economical movement of goods across international borders- SAP knowledge is a plus- Proficiency in database creation/management, ERP system, ERP systems, SAP, SAP Ariba- Knowledge of project management- Independent worker and self-starter, who contributes to the overall team objectives- Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving skills**We Offer**:- **Amazing benefitsChristmas Bonus, Food vouchers, Saving funds, Life insurance, disability insurance, and more****Do you recognize yourself in this role?****Learn more about us and follow us at**:Find us on: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
