About KTSAWe are KTSA – KPMG Technology Services Americas.A Service Delivery Center of KPMG US, with offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and a growing network of remote talent across the country.We deliver high-value technology, consulting, and corporate support services to KPMG US and its clients.Excel by creating impact and leaving your mark on global projects.Legal Project ManagerThe Legal Project Manager will provide advanced operational and coordination support for legal and governance activities, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives and team objectives.Legal Project Manager will also run projects on their own.This role goes beyond traditional administrative functions, focusing on project management, vendor coordination, and knowledge governance to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.ResponsibilitiesProject & Deliverable Management: Take ownership of bespoke projects, track timelines, milestones, and progress for leadership briefings, major meetings, and all-hands calls; Monitor FY goals, priorities, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Presentation Management: Own and maintain the master presentation deck, ensuring timely contributions, formatting consistency, and quality control.Document & Knowledge Management: Organize team files and create a centralized repository for templates, policies, and best practices.Prepare dashboards and summary reports on project status, KPIs, and budget performance.Qualifications5–7 years of professional experience in legal operations, project management, or related roles.Prior experience working in a law firm or legal department strongly preferred.Proven track record in managing complex projects, timelines, and deliverables.Law Degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution preferred or other legal knowledge.Project Management Certification (e.G., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.Additional certifications in legal operations or compliance will be an advantage.BenefitsHybrid work model.Learning opportunities, training, and certification programs.Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).Comprehensive medical plan, life insurance, car insurance, and funeral assistance.We are supportive of helping you to achieve a balance between your home and work demands.We are happy to discuss specific requirements and our range of flexible working arrangements could be of interest.KTSA - KPMG Technology Services of Americas#J-*****-Ljbffr
