We are seeking a Master Design Coordinator to support the marketing and product teams of a global consumer goods leader.This role requires strong project-management capabilities, deep understanding of packaging artwork, and the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, regulatory, and marketing teams.You will serve as the key link between our internal teams and the client's marketing organization, ensuring seamless delivery of packaging graphics, accurate execution, and cross-functional alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead artwork projects across multiple product lines.Develop creative briefs and coordinate artwork workflows.Serve as primary contact for cross-functional teams including Development, Creative, R&I, Regulatory, Claims, Legal, Agencies, and regional markets.Support Marketing Managers with artwork lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.Maintain project trackers, conduct status reviews, and proactively address roadblocks.Represent Marketing during Print Press Approvals.Act as the technical expert on packaging artwork requirements.Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, timelines, and overall creative workflow efficiency.What We're Looking For~4–5 years of experience in project management within a creative agency, consumer products company, or customer service environment.~ Strong knowledge of packaging artwork, creative design processes, and production artwork.~ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trustworthy, productive client relationships.~ High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure.~ Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and solution-oriented thinking.~ Ability to give and receive feedback diplomatically.~ Experience with project management systems (ESKO WebCenter, Wrike, Mediabox) is a plus.Education~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
