Procurement Ingredients Associate Manager Job OpportunityWe are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our procurement team in the digital transformation of our ingredients sourcing process.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.About the Role:This Procurement Ingredients Associate Manager will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and automating end-to-end processes, while driving strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier value creation.The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain operations, as well as a background in implementing digital transformation tools in supply chain management.Responsibilities:- Process Mapping and Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, propose redesigns aligned with best practices.- Automation Design: Execute automations using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or SAP IRPA, implement digital workflows for approvals, purchase orders, contracts, etc.- Digital Agenda: Develop and implement the digital roadmap for the procurement area, coordinate the adoption of e-sourcing, e-invoicing, and e-contracting platforms, monitor digitalization and efficiency KPIs.- Data Analysis: Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, analyze procurement data to support strategic decision-making.- Harmonize the Bidding Process: Cost structures for PMF.- Sustainability Projects: Co-lead, design, and implement sustainability projects for the region/field (PiP+ agenda).- New Sources of Supply: Validate new sources of supply and develop suppliers for exclusive sourcing materials.- Presentation of Financial Reports: Present monthly financial reports.- Forecasting: Ensure the accuracy of monthly forecasts together with the planning team.Requirements:- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in direct purchasing/supply, logistics, and supply chain operations, as well as experience in implementing digital transformation tools in supply chain management.- Negotiation Skills: Extensive knowledge of direct materials and process change management.- Languages: Fluency in English to negotiate with global teams and suppliers.- Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets and costs effectively.- Certifications: Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma, BPM, RPA Developer, Power Platform.What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.Our company values diversity and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive and respectful of all employees.If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about procurement and digital transformation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunityKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Manage total expenditure of approximately USD 100 million per year.- Manage more than 20 PMF suppliers and requests for proposals (RFPs) (Supplier Relationship Management).
