Warehouse & Production Control Assistant Manager

Join Our Team as Warehouse generate actionable reports for management • Conduct inventory control measures including cycle counts and audits • Manage and mentor a team of over 90 people in materials handling and warehousing • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and maximize resources • Lead demand planning, procurement, and operations teams to align inventory with supply plans • Address production issues using tools like 8D, PDCA, and FMEA to eliminate root causes • Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, Poka Yoke, 5S, waste analysis, process mapping) • Oversee logistics processes, WMS, FIFO/LIFO, and space optimization • Promote automation through AGVs, conveyors, electronic Kanban, and dynamic racks • Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO, OSHA, and environmental regulations What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field • Experience in automotive industry supply chain preferred • Advanced skills in data analysis (Excel, Power Query, Power BI) • Strong leadership and conflict management abilities • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) • Customer portals manage (Ford, Stellantis, GM) • Fluent in English • Lean Manufacturing principles Bonus Points If You Have: • Expertise in warehouse automation and inventory optimization • Familiarity with KPIs and strategic planning tools How to Apply: Apply online at – We can't wait to meet you
