About the Role Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain middleware solutions to ensure seamless system integrations. Develop, implement, and troubleshoot EDI / API integrations with NetSuite and external platforms. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all integrated systems. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners, facilitating communication in both English and Spanish. Create and maintain technical documentation (workflows, system mappings, troubleshooting guides) in both English and Spanish. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work cross-functionally to optimize integration workflows. Provide end-user training and support related to integration processes. Requirements Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. 2-5+ years of experience in NetSuite, middleware management, system integration. Strong experience with NetSuite, EDI standards, and API integration frameworks. Hands-on experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, True Commerce or similar). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on optimizing system performance. Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
