**About Us**:At InVitro Capital, we're transforming industries with cutting-edge AI and robotics and automation solutions that drive real-world impact in sectors such as electrical, medical, and beyond.We're deepening our thought leadership and storytelling—and need a Senior Writer to partner with our Research Team and Marketing leadership to craft data-driven analyses, blog posts, op-eds, presentations, and whitepapers for both online and offline channels.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Research Collaboration**:Team up with the Research team to develop sector-specific reports and surface the insights that power every piece of content.- **Executive Content Creation**:Write high-impact articles, whitepapers, speeches, and LinkedIn posts on behalf of the CEO, translating complex data and strategy into clear, compelling narratives.- **Source Executive Insights**:Coordinate with the VP of Marketing to prepare and capture executive interviews—then distill those conversations into polished thought-leadership pieces.- **Editorial Planning & Execution**:Maintain our content calendar, ensure on-time delivery, and adapt topics to align with market trends and company milestones.- **Brand & Voice Stewardship**: Uphold a consistent, authoritative tone across all materials—blogs, social channels, press, and investor decks.- **Performance Monitoring**:Track engagement metrics and continuously refine content to maximize reach and impact.**Requirements**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- **Experience**: 7+ years in professional writing roles (e.g., corporate communications, journalism, agency, or in-house thought leadership).- **Portfolio**:Proven portfolio of published whitepapers, op-eds, speeches, or articles demonstrating data-driven storytelling- **Research Skills**:Proficiency in sourcing and synthesizing data from reports, interviews, and internal analysis.- **Communication**: Native or near-native English fluency (written and spoken)- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.**Preferred Qualifications**:- **Industry Expertise**:Experience writing in AI, venture capital, healthcare, or technology sectors.- **Executive Collaboration**:Prior experience building content for C-suite executives.- **Digital Acumen**:Familiarity with content management systems, basic SEO principles, and analytics dashboards.**Benefits****Why Join InVitro Capital?**- **Shape Our Voice**: Your work will define how our CEO and Marketing speak to investors, partners, and the press.- **Venture-Studio Impact**: Jump between portfolio companies and see your words drive real-world innovation.- **Collaborative Culture**: Report into Marketing and work alongside research and design teams in a supportive, low-ego environment where great ideas win and people grow together.- **Earn What You Deserve**: We offer competitive monthly compensation averaging **$1,500**to **$2,000 USD**, with additional performance-based incentives tied to content impact and campaign success.Our compensation structure is built to reward results, creativity, and strategic contribution.
