I**n this role you will: -**- ake responsibility for customer management and expansion in Mexico.- ake ownership of the Infineon Customer interface with an emphasis on managing the account as well as developing key relationships- riving and leading all aspects of demand creation- ork closely with several Infineon groups to ensure customer success.- e responsible for demand fulfillment include, but not limited to, the coordination of customer and field quality support, PCN's, logistics topics, forecasts and managing accounting issues and part shortages- anage and drive contract negotiations, support system cost reduction initiatives and manage the overall quoting process- entor and coordinate Field Sales Engineers to drive Infineon strategies- nderstand customer systems and requirements to propose Infineon system solutions and value propositions to meet their needs- stablish and develop key relationships at all levels between Infineon and customers, including but not limited to Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management, Sales, Management, Quality, and Operations- evelop relationships within Infineon product groups, service organizations, and headquarters.Stay current on Infineon's product offering and influence product roadmaps to align with customer needs and long-term strategiesY**ou are best equipped for this job if you have the following profile: -**- + years of experience in Automotive Sales, Program Management orsimilar- achelor's Degree in EE degree or equivalent- roven track record of Business development and demand creation- xcellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and Englishto interface with customers and internal teams.- uperior organizational skills- omestic and International travel required (up to 30%)- ased in Guadalajara, Jal.- luency in English and SpanishP**art of your life.Part of tomorrow.I
