Required Experience IC Role Responsibilities En tu rol de Agente de mantenimiento responderás solicitudes resolverás problemas y seguirás el proceso de aprobación relacionado al mantenimiento de flotillas en un call center. Con base en tu experiencia mecánica apoyarás a nuestros clientes en la toma de decisiones acerca del cuidado de sus vehículos. Gestionarás garantías soportes técnicos seguimientos y descuentos con los proveedores (OEMs Agencias Talleres y llanteras) relizaras pagos a proveedores terceros. Responder las llamadas entrantes de los proveedores a través del call center y ordenes generadas en los portales de proveedores para registrar los presupuestos de servicios de mantenimiento de unidades ingresadas o resolver dudas de fleet managers. Crear y dar seguimiento a estatus de ordenes de reparación en el sistema de mantenimiento validando historial de la unidad costos (registro de ahorrros) gestionando el servicio de acuerdo a parámetros de cliente. Dar seguimiento oportuno a casos de Salesforce y pagos a terceros cerrando en tiempo y con un estatus deSalesforce Dar soporte a áreas internas para el seguimiento de solicitudes de mantenimiento que los clientes solicitan a través de ellos Educación y Experiencia Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica Automotriz Ingenieria en sistemas Automotrices o afines Deseable dos años de experiencia en áreas de postventa en empresa automotriz (Taller agencia arrendadora armadora) o como administrador de flotilla en alguna empresa.
