You’ll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of 10–20 people and partnering with multiple groups to deliver outstanding service to carriers and customers. This shift also follows the 4x4 scheme, but with a schedule from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. That is, you work four nights in a row and then rest for four nights before returning to your next cycle. requires working on Mexican holidays while observing U.S. holidays.What the candidate will do?Solve Problems: Quickly review available information, determine what additional information may be needed, and make a decision about how to resolveCall First: Make calls to facilities and carriers to resolve escalations quicklyExercise empathy and understanding: Understand carrier and customer perspectives and unique challenges and treat them with dignity and respect as you resolve their issues; maintain cooperative and professional work relationships with all stakeholdersCommunicate: Provide carriers/customers with prompt updates on their escalations while maintaining facility and/or customer communication to solve the issues quicklyPrioritize: Make decisions about which issues to resolve next based on level of urgencyEvolve: Adapt with and to a team that continuously changesShare ideas and feedback: Offer solutions to improve carrier, facility, and customer experience with our systems and processesBasic QualificationsAdvanced English, verbal and written2 years of experience with customer interaction – or – bachelor’s degree and one year of experience with customer interactionAbout Uber FreightUber Freight is a market-leading enterprise technology company powering intelligent logistics.
