En **Elite Bike**, nos dedicamos a la comercialización y distribución de productos de ciclismo especializado a nível nacional.Nuestra misión es ofrecer a los ciclistas y aficionados del deporte lo mejor en productos y accesorios, con el objetivo de mejorar su experiência sobre la bicicleta.Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un **Content Manager** para planificar, crear y coordinar contenido estratégico en diferentes plataformas digitales, asegurando la coherencia de la marca y generando valor para nuestra comunidad de ciclistas.**¿Qué necesitas para ser uno de nosotros?**- Residir en la Laguna (Torreón - Gómez Palacio - Lerdo).- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Publicidad o afín.- Dominio intermedio del idioma inglés.- Experiência mínima de 3 años en gestión y producción de contenido digital, preferentemente en el sector deportivo o de ciclismo.**¿Cuáles serían tus funciones dentro de nuestra organización?**- **Planificación y Estrategia de Contenidos**: Diseñar y ejecutar un plan de contenidos mensual alineado con los objetivos de marketing y ventas.- **Producción de Contenido**: Redactar, coordinar y supervisar la creación de textos, imágenes, videos y otros formatos para redes sociales, blog, newsletters y otros canales.- **Gestión Editorial**: Mantener el calendario de publicaciones y coordinar entregas con diseñadores, fotógrafos y proveedores externos.- **Optimización SEO y SEM**: Adaptar y optimizar el contenido para buscadores y campañas pagadas, asegurando mayor alcance y relevancia.- **Análisis de Resultados**: Monitorear métricas de desempeño del contenido, evaluando qué formatos y mensajes generan mayor impacto.- **Storytelling y Branding**: Desarrollar narrativas que transmitan la esencia de la marca y conecten emocionalmente con el público.- **Gestión Multicanal**: Asegurar coherencia y consistencia en el mensaje y tono de la marca en todas las plataformas (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, sitio web, etc.).**¿Qué competencias y habilidades son clave para la gestión de la posición?**- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de contenido y redes sociales.- Excelente redacción y ortografía.- Pensamiento analítico para interpretar métricas y optimizar estrategias.- Creatividad e innovación en formatos y tendencias digitales.- Conocimientos básicos de edición de imágenes y video (deseable).**¿Cuál es nuestra oferta?**- Prestaciones superiores a las de ley: Incluyendo Fondo de Ahorro (FDA), Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (SGMM) y PTU.- Esquema de bonos por cumplimiento de objetivos.- Desarrollo profesional continuo.Si cumples con el perfil y estás buscando una posición donde puedas aplicar tu experiência y creatividad, te invitamos a postularte.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $16,****** - $18,****** al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes experiência trabajando con alguna marca o productos relacionado con el deporte?"Experiência:- Desempeñando posición similar: 3 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
