Metrology EngineerThe Metrology Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and traceability of all measurement processes within the organization.The position also conducts dimensional verification of initial samples, analyzes measurement and physicochemical test reports, and identifies opportunities to integrate new technologies or equipment to strengthen measurement capabilities.Plan and execute measurement programs, including operation of CMM, VMS, and mechanical testing equipmentParticipate in internal and external audits related to metrology and quality systemsVerify maintenance and cleaning activities for laboratory equipment to ensure proper preservation and controlManage calibration activities for on-site samplesPromote and maintain 5S culture within the quality control laboratoryMaintain a high level of quality in all assigned tasksParticipate in internal design reviews and deliver clear presentations to engineers, technicians, and managementIdentify and prioritize projects based on available data and organizational needs.In addition to federal law requirements, Foxconn complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities.
