Overview We are looking for a LATAM Regional ICC or BWC Presales to support our sales and technical teams across LATAM. You will play a key role in understanding regional customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the technical viability of projects in public safety, government, and enterprise sectors. Location CDMX - LATAM Responsibilities Define the ICC or BWC strategy for the LATAM region, acting as the main point of contact between Headquarters and LATAM countries to ensure consistent strategy and execution. Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop ICC or BWC solutions across the region. Support country teams by providing strategic guidance, technical input, and coordination to help close key deals and ensure successful project delivery. Deliver training programs for major dealers, distributors in each country to strengthen solution knowledge and sales readiness. Train internal teams on new product features, technical standards, and best practices for solution design and implementation. Define and execute the annual marketing plan and strategic roadmap for the ICC or BWC business in Latin America, in alignment with the company’s global development strategy. Conduct in-depth market research and industry trend analysis across LATAM to identify new business opportunities and support regional growth initiatives. Create and manage regional promotional content for ICC or BWC solutions, including product brochures, technical white papers, commercial pamphlets, and customer case studies. Lead the planning and production of marketing materials such as solution presentations (PPTs), promotional videos, customer case articles, and other sales enablement tools tailored to ICC or BWC offerings. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Telecommunications) or related field. Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience in the telecommunications / radio communication / system integration industry, preferably within B2B markets; proven experience working with ICC or BWC channels or system integrators in the communication or electronics sector. Skills: Excellent understanding of the Latin American market and cultural adaptability across different countries in the region; strong skills in channel marketing, partner engagement, event planning, and marketing communications; proactive, analytical, result-driven, and collaborative working style. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. Availability: Ability to travel across Latin America when required.
