**Additional Locations**: N/A**Diversity - Innovation - Caring - Global Collaboration - Winning Spirit - High Performance**At Boston Scientific, we'll give you the opportunity to harness all that's within you by working in teams of diverse and high-performing employees, tackling some of the most important health industry challenges.With access to the latest tools, information and training, we'll help you in advancing your skills and career.Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**Regional Sales Manager, Peripheral Interventions CDMX**This growing team of passionate and highly skilled individuals is looking to grow and add a Regional Sales Manager to the team.We are looking for an energetic Regional Sales Manager to join our amazing team at Boston Scientific Corporation in Mexico City.**About the Role/Responsibilities**:- Manage and develop your assigned territory: Executes territory sales plans and strategy in line with the Business Unit Strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.- Develop and implement the sales strategy in Mexico City and the surrounding area.- Develop and deepen key customer relationships: Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.- Build strong business relations between KOL ´s KDM ´s and Channel partners to develop new business opportunities and create a "patient-centric" concept.**What we're looking for in you****Basic Qualifications-**- 5+ years relevant business experience, at least 5 years direct sales experience required.- Bachelor's degree required.- Documented sales success.- Business acumen; P&L management- Training in People management, Business, Marketing.- High skills in negotiation, data analysis, people management, and business administration- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.- High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision.- Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to resolve customer and sales team requests.**Preferred Qualifications-**- Advanced degree MBA- Healthcare Industry / Medical device experience- Experience with hospitals.- Ability to present value proposition incorporating both financial and clinical impacts.- Selling disruptive technologies**Requisition ID**:******
