Youtooz creates designer toys for the heroes and role models of the internet — Youtubers, Instagram influencers, celebrities, rappers, and more.Our mission is to bring the people you already love to watch and keep up with on the internet in real life, on your desk at work, your shelf in your bedroom or even in your living room for everyone to see.Youtooz are incredibly personal and unique to each creator and customer and comes with a variety of unique perks.As a Graphic Designer at Youtooz, you will take the Youtooz world and bring it to life.You'll be responsible for many different areas of marketing, including graphic design, advertising, social media posts, and much more.This role will be responsible for creating visual content for the Youtooz Brand.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in layout UV mapping for certain drop assets- Organize work internally in an easy to understand way- Work with manager to meet design deadlines and expectations- Help improve our creative process**Qualifications**:- Ability to work ***** hours per week- 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Illustration, 2D Animation or related field- 2+ years of experience in 3D Animation, Modelling, Rendering, Lighting or related field- Experience with 2D Programs such as Photoshop, Illustration, Indesign, After Effects, Premier Pro- Experience with 3D Programs such as Cinema4D, Maya, Blender, Octane, Vray, Substance- Effective communication skillsAbility to effectively multitask, prioritize and problem solve- Strong sense of animation basics, acting, staging, posing, weight, timing, and storytelling as well as staying true to the concept- Degree in 2D/3D or a related discipline- Strong sense of perspective, silhouette, proportions, and expression- Excellent visual eye and attention to detail**Bonus Points**:- Experience with traditional art such as painting or sculpting$1,300 - $1,500 a month
