En Lumina estamos creciendoBuscamos a nuestro próximo Property Manager para Carmen y Tulum.Lumina, empresa especializada en el sector de hospedaje con presencia en 9 ciudades del país, buscamos un profesional que lidere la operación y administración de nuestras propiedades en la zona.Objetivo del puesto:Garantizar la gestión eficiente, rentable y sostenible de las propiedades asignadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos, financieros y de servicio establecidos por la empresa.Requisitos:-2+ años de experiencia en puestos similares dentro del sector hotelero.-Conocimientos básicos de mantenimiento.-Manejo de Office.-Vehículo propio (deseable).Responsabilidades:-Administración integral de propiedades (mantenimiento, limpieza, inventarios y proveedores).-Elaboración de reportes operativos y financieros para partners.-Supervisión de reservas, estancias y atención a huéspedes.-Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y lineamientos corporativos.Ofrecemos:-Sueldo competitivo (negociable según experiencia).-Prestaciones de ley.-Pagos quincenales.-Oportunidad de crecimiento en una empresa en expansión.Interesados, favor de postularse por este medio.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura2 años de experienciaPalabras clave: lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente
