**Modalidad de trabajo**:Remota (disponibilidad de viajar de manera ocasional a Florida).

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Hotelería, Turismo o Administración de Empresas.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en alquileres vacacionales/alquileres a corto plazo con reservas y servicios al huésped.
- ** Inglés avanzado conversacional (indispensable).**:

- Administración de 100 a 300 propiedades.
- Experiência en gestión de personal (idealmente supervisando reservas, operaciones de campo y equipos de limpieza).
- Experiência en la optimización de anuncios en Airbnb, VRBO,
- o plataformas similares de reserva directa.
- Manejo de software (breezeway, Guesty, *, entre otros).
- Disponibilidad de viajar a Florida ocasionalmente.
- Contar con visa y pasaporte vigente (indispensable).

**Funciones**:

- Experiência del huésped y reservas (responsable principal durante el día).
- Gestionar el buzón de correo electrónico de los huéspedes durante el día (Guesty, WhatsApp, DialPad, bookings).
- Liderazgo y capacitación del equipo.
- Operaciones de la propiedad e incorporación.
- Gestión y optimización de anuncios.
- Gestión de gastos y reclamaciones de seguros.
- Cumplimiento normativo y licencias.
- Sistemas, automatización y mejora continua.
- Comunicación con propietarios y partes interesadas.

**Oferta**:

- Sueldo base mensual de $1,800 a $2,500 USD (con posibilidad de negociar de acuerdo a experiência).
- Bono trimestral de $1,000 USD por cumplimiento de KPIs.
- 10 días de vacaciones pagadas.

**Horario**:

- Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm.
- Guardia rotativa cada 2 fines de semana.
