As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing and growing key enterprise partnerships within Uber Direct. You'll work post-sale to strengthen partnerships, drive revenue growth, and introduce advanced marketing solutions such as targeted ads and promotions. You'll also play a pivotal role in onboarding and launching new merchants across various industries, ensuring their seamless integration and long-term success. As part of the team, you'll be at the forefront of retaining high-value accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding partners strategically to maximize their potential. What You'll Do Own the growth and success of a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring partners achieve their business goals. Conduct strategic business reviews (quarterly, monthly) to refine sales and marketing strategies at the executive level. Analyze merchant performance through KPIs and OKRs, identifying key opportunities to enhance success. Drive operational improvements, resolving executive-level merchant challenges and optimizing platform engagement. Develop new merchant launch plans, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience across industries. Provide hand‑on vendor management and training, introducing merchants to new features and products. What You'll Need SQL knowledge, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and advanced reporting. Significant experience in executive‑level consultative sales, with a strong focus on upselling advanced promotional products and ads. Operational & commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions. Proficiency in interpreting complex commercial data, presenting insights at an executive level. Deep understanding of e‑commerce and marketplace dynamics, with strong strategic and analytical skills.
