The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is an integral part of the sales organization and provides sales support for retention, development and acquisition accounts. The SSR is expected to problem solve and self-start while managing a variety of requests and tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong communication skills, able to work independently and driven for results. Due to cooperation with various cultures, we are looking for an open-minded, proactive person who is willing to take ownership and contribute to profit of the company. The primary objective of the SSR is to enhance customer satisfaction by reducing escalations and enhancing the Lenovo customer experience through the timely and precise delivery of solutions. The SSR plays a crucial role in supporting PC Sales Specialists and Client Managers responsible for customer relationships. This support involves handling back-office responsibilities such as opportunity to contract management, generating system configurations from our product range, and offering proactive follow-up and information on comprehensive account support. Regular communication and coordination with Sales Representatives are integral components of the SSR\'s responsibilities.Job Responsibilities:Support assigned sales representatives in the growth and overall management of assigned territorySupport presales activities and respond to post sales questionsE2E ownership and troubleshooting assistance of any back-end operational matter raised by sales teamCollaborate with cross functional teams to improve customer experience within assigned territoryVerify credit limits through Accounts Receivable and support resolution of overdue invoices and credit issuesAccurately process customer transactions (quotes and sales orders)Identify and implement process improvements to increase the team efficiency and effectiveness.Help develop top quality procedures and control check points to proactively find errors and gaps.QualificationsProfessional Level: Solid experience (3–5+ years) specifically in Order Management, Sales Operations, or Sales Administration.Language: Proficient English (written and verbal).Systems Skills: Mid-to-advanced Salesforce user; experience with ERP order modules preferred such as Salesforce, SAP, etc.Microsoft Office: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.Finance/Accounting Knowledge: Preferred for invoicing, billing validation, and reconciliation.Soft SkillsExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong adaptability in a fast-paced, manufacturing environmentSelf-learning mindset and proactive problem-solvingClear communication and strong follow-throughTeam-oriented with strong collaboration skillsWhat we offerFood couponsVacations Bonus. 100% of base salary of earned vacation days.Year End Bonus (Aguinaldo).
