Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.- Track and trace Order Management files.- Use workflows on daily basis to manage shipments- Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction- Ensure timely clearance and delivery of freight to customer for Import shipments.- Ensure documents are timely sent and arrival notice communicated to destination for Export shipments.- Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.- Manage intercompany invoice payments- Interact with our customers, arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.- Contribute to maintain strong relationships with vendors (Shipping lines, trucking companies, and others).- Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS), Audit requirements, external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.- Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated in the DLSOP.- Meet KPI standards, per company procedure.- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.- Adhere to the company’s 10 cultural attributes: Appearance, Attitude, Confidence, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, Pride, Resolute, Sense of Humor, and Visionary.**Job-Specific Performance Expectations**- ** Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing**Ensures smooth and timely freight process flow according to Expeditors' operational procedures. Follows customer's standard operating procedures and proactively notifies customers of any issues. Consistently meets KPI standards, as per company's procedures- ** Timely and Accurate Data Entry**Ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems according to Expeditors' operational procedures and customer requirements. Monitors exception reports for quick data integrity resolution- ** Timely and Accurate Billing and Accounting**Invoices customers the expected charges timely and accurately and according to Expeditors and customer requirements. Properly provisions service provider charges to avoid reserves. Follows proper credit approval processes in order to minimize risk and protect the company**Qualifications**- Understanding transportation process of all models is a plus- Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)- Fluent in English- 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience- Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year, including as needed management/leadership training- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional manner- Positive and willing to help attitude- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely obtain positive results**Additional Information**- Vacations- IMSS- Health Insurance- Live Insurance- Training Program
