We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing & Content Leader to improve and grow our organization's digital communication strategy and elevate brand presence across all platforms.This role combines strategic vision with creative execution, requiring expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), lead-generation funnels, analytics, web site performance, photography, and video production.Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing & Content Leader will design and implement comprehensive social media strategies and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.This position involves close collaboration with sales teams to drive engagement, attract high-value leads, and deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).Lead the creation of world-class visual content, including photography, video, and digital design.Implement SEO-driven initiatives and digital campaigns to generate qualified leads.Maintain a consistent and impactful visual identity across all digital touchpoints.Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content production.Proven expertise in SMO and SEO strategies.Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and visual content.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and similar tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Must reside in Toluca or surrounding metropolitan area.Preferred ExperienceBackground in aviation, luxury brands, hospitality, or premium services.Prior leadership or management experience.Knowledge of paid media strategies, reporting and budget management.??
