We invite you to be part of our Global Quality Team at IFFAs a Global Quality Coordinator you will be charge of coordinate the Global Strategic Initiatives, these initiatives are key in this job.The Corporate Quality organization needs oversight and follow up of the key initiatives that support the strategy of Quality and product Safety in the organization.This person will have an administrative support functionality for the office of the SVP of Quality that requires the coordination and maintenance of all the programs from a global level.This function will be carried out by a centralized person so that Business units governance is effective.this current position in IFF.**Main Responsibilities**:- **Updating the Strategic initiatives/projects to match the business needs.If a change is necessary, all appropriate stakeholders are to be informed and updated.**:- **Necessary coordination with the project stakeholders and participants to provide guidance through the projects.Communicate and coordinate directly with internal and external contacts regarding queries that are raised during projects**:- **Coordination and overview of global Strategic initiatives and projects brought up by the Quality directors and SVP of Quality.Makes sure decision making is recorded and actions are being followed-up by the Subject Matter Experts.**:- **Administrative task to support the Office of the SVP of Quality.e.g. travel plans, expense reporting, central communications and calendar management etc.**:- **Coordination and project management of Weekly and monthly Quality meetings.Record keeping and action follow-up.**:- **Liaising with internal departments, including Operations, IT, Sustainability, EHS, GRA, Quality, Vendor Quality and other departments to ensure proper project management on strategic initiatives****Job Requirements**:**Required Skills**:- Reasonable Microsoft Office skills- Project Management skills and Basic Leadership Skills- Strong verbal and written English skills- Data management skillsDesirable background:- Experience in a Quality Assurance role in the Food Industry, Quality Administrative role, industrial engineering- Experience in a function where English was the main language for meetings and written communication**_Work scheme: Mostly remote, with attendance at IFF Tlalnepantla plant or Punto Polanco corporate at least 3 times a month._**IFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
