Estamos buscando: Líder de Customer ServiceLicenciatura en Administración o afinesMínimo cinco años de experiencia en el área de Customer ServiceSAP y SalesforceDeseable conocimiento del sector HVAC (climatización y ventilación)Actividades principales:Supervisar el backlog mensual y coordinar con el equipo Comercial para validar las facturaciones correspondientes.Elaborar y distribuir el reporte diario de facturación y entregas a las áreas de Comercial, Finanzas y Customer Service, asegurando información precisa y actualizada.Resolver de manera proactiva incidencias relacionadas con el alta de equipos, el uso de la plataforma SAP y temas administrativos.Capacitar a nuevos integrantes del equipo, garantizando su dominio de las herramientas, procesos y estándares de calidad.Brindar atención directa y efectiva a clientes en temas relacionados con sus compras, asegurando una experiencia positiva.Apoyar a directores y gerentes en la resolución de dudas específicas sobre embarques, procesos internos y uso de plataformas como SAP.Actuar como enlace entre el equipo de Customer Service y otras áreas de la empresa para facilitar la comunicación y solución de problemas.Participar activamente en la mejora continua de procesos y en la implementación de cambios en sistemas como SAP y Salesforce (Key User).Liderazgo y gestión de equiposHabilidades de negociación y comunicación efectivaAlta orientación a resultados y enfoque al clienteCapacidad de planeación, organización y priorizaciónCapacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a cambiosSalario competitivoPrestaciones superiores a las de le#J-*****-Ljbffr
