We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This is a fully remote role in Mexico.Job Summary: As a Business Analyst with RPA experience, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and automating business processes to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement RPA technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, and hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to design effective RPA solutions. Develop process workflows, functional specifications, and user stories to support RPA implementation. Work with RPA developers to design, test, and deploy automation solutions. Conduct process assessments to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, ensuring they meet business objectives. Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RPA technologies. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the automation lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process automation and optimization. Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar. Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment. Preferred Skills: Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional). Experience with process mining tools. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: 60,000 to 70,000 MXN gross as contractor freelancer. Fully remote position based in Mexico.
