**General Information**:- Req #- WD********- Career area:- Sales Support- Country/Region:- Mexico- State:- Distrito Federal- City:- Mexico D.F.- Date:- Thursday, April 24, ****- Working time:- Full-time**Additional Locations**:- Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.**Why Work at Lenovo**:- We are Lenovo.We do what we say.We own what we do.We WOW our customers.Lenovo is a US$57 billion revenue global technology powerhouse, ranked #248 in the Fortune Global 500, and serving millions of customers every day in 180 markets.Focused on a bold vision to deliver Smarter Technology for All, Lenovo has built on its success as the world's largest PC company with a full-stack portfolio of AI-enabled, AI-ready, and AI-optimized devices (PCs, workstations, smartphones, tablets), infrastructure (server, storage, edge, high performance computing and software defined infrastructure), software, solutions, and services.Lenovo's continued investment in world-changing innovation is building a more equitable, trustworthy, and smarter future for everyone, everywhere.Lenovo is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange under Lenovo Group Limited (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY).**Description and Requirements**:As a Deal Desk Analyst in our Solutions & Services Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales, pre-sales and delivery teams in governing the sales motion and ensuring the successful execution of complex deals.Your primary responsibility will be to drive process adherence backed by strong analysis and insights from pre-qualification through to handover to delivery.To be successful in the role, you should demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, possess strong attention to detail and have experience in a pre-sales bid and proposal environment.**Responsibilities**:**Pipeline** **Analysis & Insights**- Generate and distribute standard pipeline reports and dashboards to provide insights into deal performance, trends and opportunities for improvement.- Monitor and track pipeline, win/loss ratios, revenue split and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).**Utilization** **Monitoring**- Support project setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enable resource assignment and time tracking.- Facilitate regular board to review pipeline and staffing levels, ensuring all deals in pipeline are effectively resourced and provide insight to delivery teams in preparation for handover of executed deals.- Enable regular utilization reporting for presales managers to support effective resource management.- Enable regular bid budget performance reporting to support Engagement Managers and Deal Advisors.**_Deal Governance_**- Ensure strong adherence to governance structures through advocacy, training and acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across sales, pre-sales and delivery teams.- Use established Deal Desk tools and templates to help facilitate approvals and maintain consistency in the proposal process.- Support the scheduling of all gate reviews throughout the deal flow, including Deal Qualification Review, Technical Certification, Deal Review, Contract Review, Win/Loss Reviews, and Solution Handover.- Execute tasks within the defined deal approval process, ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA) and internal policies- Execute a regular audit program to monitor compliance across the deal flow, driving improvement in overall compliance and recovery plans where required.**Qualifications**- Bachelors Degree in business, finance or a related field.MBA or equivalent is a plus.- Proven experience in deal desk, sales operations, or related role within a services organization.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data driven recommendations.- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI and Codata.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.- Ability to work as part of a global team which may require engaging across distances, cultures, and time zones in a matrix organizational structure.- Exposure to bid and proposal management with APMP Foundation Certification an advantage.- 3-8 years of progressive broad-based information technology and business experience.**We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.****Additional Locations**:- Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.- Mexico- Brazil - Distrito Federal- Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.
