Manufacturing /Validations Engineer

Descripción y detalle de las actividadesDirige y coordina las actividades relacionadas con el diseño, la construcción, la modificación y el mantenimiento de productos, equipos y maquinaria en las plantas industriales mediante el desempeño de las siguientes funciones y personalmente o a través de supervisores subordinados.Proporcionar apoyo al proceso para asegurar la continuidad del producto, la calidad y el cumplimiento de las especificaciones.- Establece estándares y políticas para el control de contaminación, instalación, modificación, control de calidad, pruebas, procedimientos operativos, inspección y mantenimiento de equipos y productos.- Conceptualizar e instaurar mejoras en los procesos.- Evaluar mejoras propuestas de procesos y productos basadas en análisis de requerimientos regulatorios, necesidades de calidad de producto, ergonomía, seguridad, medio ambiente y costos.- Entiende y utiliza los Requisitos del Sistema de Calidad para el control de diseño y proporciona una evaluación técnica / técnica apropiada de los datos / documentos que soportan el archivo de historial de diseño.- Evalúa la aptitud para el uso de materiales, diseños, procesos, pruebas y productos.- Diseño, ejecución y análisis de experimentos basados en técnicas estadísticas.- Desarrollo de gestión de riesgos, solución de problemas y refinamiento de procesos y equipos de fabricación.Realiza y escribe validaciones de productos, procesos y equipos de acuerdo con FDA, ISO y otras directrices aplicables.- Los documentos funcionan a través de informes, cuadernos de tecnología y entradas de archivos de diseño.- Desarrolla procedimientos, entrena a otros asociados y ayuda a otros asociados técnicos.- Participación práctica en todas las fases de sus proyectos.- Trabaja eficazmente en situaciones de equipo, así como de forma independiente.- Realiza otros deberes relacionados asignados o requeridos basados en la educación, conocimiento y experiência previa.Experiência y requisitos- Ingenieria Terminada -5 Años de Experiência -Sistemas de Documentacion -Computacón -Ingles 80% _ Capacidar para leer e interpretar documentos.OrganizaciónSurgical Specialties México, S. de R.L. de C.V.GiroManufactureraActividad principalFabricacion de equipo y aparatos para uso médico, dental, y laboratorio.Número de empleados****/es/**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** L-V**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto**Edad** ******* años
