The Lean Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to conduct process improvements in cost, output, yields, uptime, and quality bases on the customer requirements and ensure the lean manufacturing control processes stability. Essential Functions Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques and design. Plan, execute and manage projects to complete through product continuous improvement. Communicate Lean group's philosophy, vision, and expectations. Conduct and audit time studies for productivity. Develop standard work standards and line balancing for productivity. Identify manufacturing cost reductions. Optimize machining processes to reach product quality, efficiency, and process repeatability. Optimize workflow and cell designs for production throughput. Design machine and tools for new product or process. Track and execute cost reduction for process improvements. Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts. Develop measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing philosophy. Lead value stream mapping exercises to determine and record business improvement areas. Develop and implement project plans to achieve Future State. Plan and reach expense budget objectives and capital items. This position is directly responsible to follow-up the lean manufacturing processes by reviewing all the department's performance and to directly support the general management and production compliance, tracking all requirements to reduce waste time and fix the work balance areas.
