You will collaborate with teams that push boundaries and build inspiring solutions.Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—ensuring a positive candidate experience.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand departmental needs.Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, adjusting team size based on hiring demands.Take ownership of candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.Analyze recruitment data to extract actionable insights, maintain data hygiene, and support strategic decision-making.Minimum Requirements:6+ years of experience in recruitment.Proven success in recruiting top-tier talent and developing strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and cultural fit.Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.This role offers significant career growth opportunities within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values individual responsibility.#J-*****-Ljbffr
