Job Title Technical Support Specialist Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team in providing technical support. Key Responsibilities Analyze and resolve application issues in collaboration with team members. Identify defects, discrepancies, and trends through code debugging or log analysis. Effectively manage incidents and communicate with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders across all areas. Requirements Experience as a L2 support engineer. ITIL Process experience with Service Management, Knowledge Management, Incident Management. Hands‑on experience in SQL (PL / SQL), Unix, and Shell Scripting. Hands‑on ability to read and debug Java Code. Hands‑on experience with AWS Services such as ECS, CLI, and CloudWatch.
