HP Renew Solutions is seeking a highly organized and driven Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will act as a Chief of Staff, ensuring the efficient operation of our portfolio management function and driving successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will be a key partner to the Renew VP of Product and Offering and the broader team, providing support and coordination across various business management functions. Responsibilities Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives. Analyze portfolio performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision‑making. Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Strategic Project Management: Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio roadmap. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize portfolio management processes and workflows. Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and collaboration. Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships. Team Cohesion & Communication: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Plan and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and off‑sites. Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team and with other departments. Represent Renew Solutions Product and Offering team in strategic cross‑functional initiatives. Special Projects: Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned by the VP Renew Solutions Product and Offering. In collaboration with other teams, conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to help guide the strategic direction of the Renew Portfolio. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a portfolio management, project management, or operations environment. Proven ability to track performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports. Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross‑functional teams and initiatives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data visualization tools. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Personal Attributes Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proactive and results‑oriented.
