The company specializes in metalworking processes including laser cutting, forming, and assembly, serving a variety of industrial clients with high-quality, customized solutions. Position Summary: The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety across the shop floor. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to metal fabrication. Strong leadership skills and solid English communication are essential. A background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals. Ensure efficient use of resources, adherence to schedules, and compliance with quality standards. Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments to resolve production issues and optimize processes. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce waste. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on the production floor. Participate in strategic planning and capacity analysis to support business growth. Provide coaching and development opportunities for supervisors and line staff. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of experience in production management within manufacturing or fabrication environments. Experience with metals and metalworking processes is a strong plus. Proven leadership and team management skills. Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
